Usage and Dosage: Chew and take with water. Adults: Take 3-6 tablets, 3 times a day. Children: Take 1-2 tablets, 3 times a day.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains 0.4 grams of lactic acid bacteria as the main ingredient, with sucrose, aspartame, essence, and magnesium stearate as excipients.

Properties: Light yellow or light yellow-brown tablets; sour in taste.
