When I try to install any version of unity from unity hub I get Download failed: EPERM: operation not permitted. I have tried right clicking and running as admin and going to the folder and adding permissions.

It used to work fine but it just stopped working at some point. I am not sure when because I didn’t need to need to install from hub much.

This is driving me insane and I just have no clue how to fix it.

Please help me
