Error: Loading Software Center returned error code 0x80080005(-2146959355) .
Issue: SCCM Client Upgrade v1910 (Hotfix) has been deployed to several Windows 7 and 10 machines. All Windows 10 machines are working fine. But Widows 7 machine software center is throwing error. I have checked the log and found the below failing error.
Troubleshooting I tried: Reinstalling SCClient.exe

The log show this error. 0x80070430 = The specified service has been marked for deletion.
Try reboot the PC.
