Hello community,
i want to try KVM (KeyboardVideoMouse) access via HTML5 portal to give external consultants remote access if necessary.
The solution is Avocent DSView. Therefore i setup a connection to the HTTPS web interface of the software.
The X session works fine. First i get a certificate warning (fetch during setup failed). Intresting thing is that the Firefox popup to accept the signature is popping up.
After successful login to the web interface from Avocent it tries to open the KVM session in a popup window. This is not allowed during active popup blocker in Firefox.
Neither can i change the setting as the menu bar is hidden nor do i have any idea if popup windows are supported and should work in this environment.
Anybody already tried something similar?
Regards, Karsten
