That didn't work. This is what I had to do.

open FoodTrucks/Dockerfile insert RUN apt-get install -y python3-markupsafe before RUN npm install

save FoodTrucks/Dockerfile

re-run docker build -t <your dockerhub username>/foodtrucks-web .
