本研究旨在探討大學生的童年逆境經驗、親子關係與壓力因應之相關情形,以及不同的個人背景變項是否會影響其童年逆境經驗、親子關係及壓力因應。本研究採用問卷調查法,以一百零九學年度下學期台北市、新北市及桃園市公私立大學生為研究對象,使用「基本資料調查表」、「童年逆境經驗檢測表」、「親子關係量表」及「壓力因應量表」為研究工具,並以描述統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步迴歸等統計方式進行資料分析。
本研究結果發現,大學生的童年逆境經驗以從未歷經童年逆境經驗者為最多,且大學生的親子關係及壓力因應現況屬於中上程度。不同性別之大學生在童年逆境經驗有顯著差異,女大生的童年逆境經驗高於男大生;不同性別之大學生在親子關係的「整體」、「獨立」及「相互信任」有顯著差異,皆為女大生高於男大生;不同家庭經濟狀況之大學生在親子關係的「獨立」有顯著差異,「中央主管機關公告之受傳染病疫情影響,經學校認定有貸款必要」大學生的親子關係較「中低收入戶」的大學生親子關係佳、「以上皆非」大學生其親子關係較「中低收入戶」的大學生親子關係佳。
此外,親子關係與壓力因應之間呈現低度到中度正相關。
最後,以有無童年逆境經驗與親子關係預測壓力因應,得到「獨立」、「情感交流」和「依附感」對壓力因應有顯著預測力。
The purpose of the study was the relationship among childhood adversity experiences, parent-child relationships and the stress coping of the college students. A questionnaire was used to survey public and private college students in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Taoyuan City in the second semester of the 109th academic year. The basic information, the Childhood Adversity Experience Checklist, the Parent-Child Relationship Inventory, and the Stress Coping Inventory were used as research instruments. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's product moment correlation, and stepwise regression.
The results of this study showed that the majority of the participants had never experienced childhood adversity, and the parent-child relationship and stress coping status of college students were moderate to high. There are significant differences in childhood adversity experiences between college students of different genders, with female college students having higher childhood adversity experiences than male college students. The "overall", "independence" and "mutual trust" of parent-child relationships differed significantly between college students of different genders, and were higher among female than male college students. There are significant differences in the parent-child relationship between college students of different family financial status. The parent-child relationship of college students who are "affected by infectious disease epidemics and are deemed by the school to be in need of loans" as announced by the central authority and who did not come from family with financial need is better than that of college students from "low and middle income households." In addition, there was a low to moderate positive correlation between parent-child relationship and stress coping. Recommendations for practitioners and future research are suggested based on the findings of this research.
