I am trying to install using "rvm install ruby 1.9.3" and a lot of other
things I keep finding from other stack overflow posts but since I am on
Cygwin I cannot seem to pinpoint exactly what the problem is.
So far it might be because I have the wrong compiler or something like that
but I honestly have no idea
Here is the error
Error running '__rvm_make -j4',
