ACP connects Vets with a mentor in their target industry for one year and offers a free online community of experts to answer most questions related to transition and some benefits. The program is free and the online application is relatively straight forward.

Wall Street Warfighters Foundation (WSWF)
WSWF offers a cost-free (to Veteran), total immersion, 6-month prep experience for Vets interested in a career in finance. WSWF accepts applications year-round and offers both an on-site program in Philadelphia, PA, and an evolving distance option that achieves the same outcomes. You can find WSWF here:

NYSE Euronext Veteran Associate Program (VAP)
NYSE Euronext accepts applications for its highly-competitive Veteran diversity initiative – Veteran Associate Program – or (VAP) each spring. VAP participants serve in various financial roles at major financial centers in NYC (NYSE) and Chicago (CBOE). NYSE Euronext has not published information for a 2014 class as of yet, but I’d expect info & application season to open by April for summer interns. Visit their site periodically for updates:
