Hello. Desperate for help here. I feel like I'm going in circles with no concrete way of resolving my issue(s).

This all started when I tried to update my VPN last weekend. I got the following error when I tried to.

0x800713ec - Asia

I looked up how to resolve that and came to the conclusion that I needed to install the .NET Framework 4.5.2 or a later version. When I tried to download it, I got the following error:

0x80240017

I found that I have later versions installed on my PC (.NET Framework 4.7). So I'm wondering, what do I do now? Any ideas? I've even tried to uninstall my VPN and I can't--I get the "Asia" error when doing that too. I've tried uninstalling my antivirus and installing the .NET Framework but that didnt work.
