Compared with other luxury Paris hotels, the hotel is very reasonable, very close to the Champs Elysees, 5 minutes walk, there is Michelin Chinese food in the hotel! Very suitable for Chinese taste! Hotel facilities are new and clean.

I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre , a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro). Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!

Absolutely terrible place. This is not a hotel it is apartments. The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. Which a room downsized from what I had booked 3 weeks before. I replied to them I wanted a full refund because that was not what I booked 3 weeks ago. They replied that it was not there thought it was a new person had double booked the room. I contacted book.com and explained what the hotel had done and they contacted the manager. 2 hours later they finally contacted me and said I could have the room that I had booked. This was not a good start… when I arrived in Paris the following day it was really hard to find the hotel which is apartments and the code I had been given was the wrong code so I had to stand outside for 2 hours due to they don’t answer the phone. When I finally get access the place looked nothing like the pictures. It was dark dirty and horrible. I was told I could not book in yet but could leave my cases and come back at 3pm. I was given a phone by the cleaner who was dealing with me and it was the manager he asked who I was and laughed on the phone and said the room I had booked someone else had checked in it already. I really did not find this funnny as he did. When I came back at 3pm the owner was sitting in the reception and he was extremely flash and rude. He showed us to the suite which by the way was not a suite it was a small dark room and nothing like the pictures. There was marks on the walls and the door was damaged. When I said I don’t want to stay here and can I have my money back . He said go and stay in the four seasons and there was no way I was getting my money back ever…. And then see me out in the street . Do £1100 down and having to find another hotel. Disgusting….. DO NOT stay at this place …. Also homeless people begging outside

The location is very good, it is the fragrant street Arc de Triomphe; the service is good, the room is small (16m), but the coffee machine, local phone, toiletries are also good. If you don't have a toothbrush, you can ask the front desk. There are not many types of breakfast, and it is enough to eat. The overall price is quite high.

We recently stayed in this hotel as we were having renovations in our apartment. The first thing we noticed was the natural and warm professionalism of the lady on the front desk. Some people are just perfect for working with the public, and it was the case here. Always a natural smile, and ready to help or answer any queries without any hesitation. There is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs are very narrow,which made it a bit complicated with a large suitcase. The lady on the desk offered to help, but we managed. The room was newly renovated, and it was quite small, but this is par for the course in Paris. It had a window to a charming courtyard which was so incredibly quiet, we were able to sleep with the window open without any problems. The sliding door on the bathroom was quite a surprise but we soon got used to it. It was the first time we had stayed in a hotel where there was already a good, strong fan in the room upon our arrival, which was necessary as it was quite warm. The lady who was working in the breakfast room sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed, especially on our last day, when it was very busy and she was working alone. The gentleman on the front desk as we were leaving was very friendly and professional too. All in all I would like to thank to thank the staff for their warm welcome and help. Keep up the good work ;)

Went to Paris to visit both daughters who live fairly nearby - this hotel was recommended by our son, who stayed there in December. The hotel was easy to find and parking underneath was very secure (so much so that it proved difficult to get to the car during our stay - needs to be done with member of staff accompanying you, so make sure you take everything you need from the car straightaway). The hotel itself was really nicely inside - very clean and tastefully done out. The bedroom was a really good size and was well appointed, clean and well kept. Staff were generally really helpful and always happy to help. Will definitely be back based on this experience. Many thanks.

Reading the reviews I was concerned about how the rooms would be and the lift. Lift was very small for the size of the hotel and only one I didn’t use it but apparently it was slow but ok. We were the 5th floor in a privilege room with terrace which was nice. Room was clean and serviced daily. Had an issue with check was given the wrong room so that all took awhile to sort. Location was a bit out of the way not really in a big hub of restaurants unless you did a bit of a walk. Found a great cafe/boulangerie which had great food and coffee for breakfast also a bonus having Starbucks so close

Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location.
Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside.
Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really.
Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons.
