No http and curl remote access to Virtual server

I'm am trying to create a virtual server and I cannot access it remotely. I get the following error:

Failure when receiving data from the peer curl: (56) Failure when receiving data from the peer

Curl does work from the the f5 itself so there must be a network config I didn't set up correctly
