Hello, I have version 2.0.0p4 (CRE) of check_mk installed, I am new to this system, so far it has covered all my expectations. when I wanted to establish a rule or a service to ping 8.8.8.8 for example I have not found how.

I think you will create a check to monitor your internet connection.
The easiest way would be to create a host “internet” and give it the IP 8.8.8.8. While creating this host set under Data Source → Checkmk Agent → to “No Agent”. Then this host will have a host check on 8.8.8.8 and one service called PING and shows the ping results.
If you already have such a host, you could follow the offical docs on how to check your internet connection
