b.
The standard specifies that the mapId
attribute has the value range of an xs:unsignedInt datatype.
In Excel, the mapId attribute must be greater than 0
and less than 2147483647.
c.
The standard states that the denormalized
attribute is true if it has been filled down (denormalized) and false
otherwise.
The denormalized attribute does not have any effect
on the way Office behaves. Excel always denormalizes non-repeating nodes when
mapped to a Table's column.
d.
The standard states that extLst is a child
element of xmlColumnPr.
Office will move an extLst element under xmlColumnPr
into the parent element of xmlColumnPr (tableColumn). If an extlist child
element is already present on tableColumn, the file will become invalid once
saved.
