BIOS Settings - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mFUeZbfo19cJsYuuC3aJk8DRJkrrqb80/view?usp=sharing I found the problem, the external hard drive has connected to USB 3.0 port, i swiched to USB 2.0 and this work Is normal when the ports are not mapped properly.
