First time road trip thru France. Stayed at HotelF1 Le Mans for a couple of nights. The reception staff were super helpful. Yeah the rooms are small, but it was spotless clean and in good order. We had the Cabrio rooms with shower/toilet and all was good. The bikes were where we left them, there was no noise and we had a great nights sleep. I'd use 'em again.
Was rather startled that staff tried to enter the room un announced at 6.30 with no apology or explanation
Basic as expected, but, the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere, in the rooms, the corridor and reception area were awful. Seemed to be a team of smokers permanently right outside the doors that were open. 😷😷😷
Positives, beds were comfortable enough, a single pillow each which wasn't the best. No towels in the room, but reception had more
I stayed here for one night the lady on the reception on arrival was very nice the lady in the morning it was miserable she has dark hair really un friendly and un helpful wouldn’t let me purchase a breakfast cannot believe the attitude what a disappointment at the end of the day you get what you pay for I think they need to put their staff and customer service course

Nous sommes désolé de ne pas vous avoir donné entière satisfaction, cependant celà doit être un malentendu si la collaboratrice n'a pas acceptée de vous laisser prendre le petit-déjeuner c'est que soit l'horaire du service était dépassé, soit vous n'aviez pas réservé votre petit-déjeuner la veille et n'avait pas assez de pain de commandé pour les clients ayant réservés .Le directeur hôtel f1 le mans nord.
Don’t expect too much
Double room with just enough room to get round the bed, but no more. The shower room was very small indeed. Almost impossible to shave over a minute wash basin. Very difficult to sit on the loo without your chin in the wash basin.
Breakfast was fine and we slept reasonably, so ok for a night’s rest off the autoroute.

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partarger votre avis. Le nouveau concept on the road consiste en plusieurs chambres différentes pour que tout le monde puisse trouver la chambre qui correspond à ses besoins. Ainsi nous avons la chambre cabrio dans laquelle vous avez séjourné un peu plus petite car elle est aménagée de douche et toilette privative. Nous avons des chambres tandem avec un lit double mais sans douche et toilette qui se trouve à proximité mais beaucoup plus spacieuse qui aurait pu plus vous convenir. En espérant vous revoir prochainement. L'équipe hôtel f1 le mans nord.
