Using VScode with proxy that you might have some problems like this.

Trying to remove http_proxy windows environment variable and restart VS code.

Problem:

Using following command

dotnet new --install aspnetcore-vuejs::1.0.9

and then terminal shows some errors

authentication failed because the connection could not be reused nuget  Nuget Unable to connect to remote server
