I have FileBot installed as a Windows 10 app from the app store. My BitTorrent client is set to automatically run FB after a download completes, calling FB to rename/move the file and importing it into the Plex library.
My latest download didn't do that, so I launched FB to manually rename/move the file. FB didn't appear. When I try to run it, the following appears in the Event log:

I assume I should reinstall FB, but first want to export its settings and formats. Here's what happens in the command line. I thought maybe I needed to be inside the FB directory (second command), but that doesn't work either.

How can I run FB from the command line to safeguard my settings and formats, given the above output? Thanks.
If the command-line tool works, then you can import / export settings like this:

Regardless of application, user settings are always found in your user app data folder, and never in the install folder, since applications themselves usually can't write-access their own install folder without admin permissions:

:idea: This folder is managed by the UWP runtime though. If you copy everything you might be able to restore the settings, but I'm not sure. There should be a "virtual registry" file somewhere which stores registry entries / settings for UWP apps. The command-line tool doesn't work, as documented above.
In C:\Users\Charles\AppData\Local\Packages\PointPlanck.FileBot_49ex9gnthnt12\LocalCache\Roaming\FileBot , I found the following in the preferences.backup.xml file:

This gives me enough information to be able to recreate my preferred formats for movies and TV shows, should the preferences be wiped out when I reinstall FileBot.
