Supporting PMD CPD in Visual Code as a plug in #4962

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am looking for using PMD CPD for duplicate code detection in C/C++ code.
We are using Visual code as an IDE in Linux and windows environment. I didn't find any plugin for CPD in Visual code.
I would have adopted eclipse plugin, but I have observed that Eclipse gets too slow and hangs a lot in my Linux environments.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Visual Code plugin would be more beneficial as its more stable and fast in Linux and Windows platform.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Eclipse plugin but Eclipse itself becomes very slow and hangs with large code base.
