Our easily programmable, plug-and-play modular architecture uses identical, phase-coherent, direct digital Synthetic Stimulus Instruments (SSIs) as the radio frequency (RF) source for all signals. These modular commercial RF Sources are easily configured in our commercial cabinets.                 Advanced Architecture Data Recorder/Injector

                The Advanced Architecture Digital Recorder and Injector (A ² DRI) is a cutting edge digital interface device that provides capture, record, RF injection and playback capability to A ² PATS family products.

                The A ² DRI enables A ² PATS systems to become compatible with user selectable PDW formats including NEWEG. PDWs can be injected and played back at radio frequency (RF) utilizing the A ² PATS. The high-speed, 19-inch (48.3 cm), rack-mountable A ² DRI enables the auto-generation of emitters using PDWs or WDWs.

                Advanced Architecture Electro-Optical Stimulator

                The Advanced Architecture Electro-Optical Stimulator (A ² EOSTIM) mitigates the excessive costs of operational tests for Distributed Aperture Systems (DAS) by testing object recognition and scene stitching through high fidelity, real-time scene simulation. Any multi-aperture, real-time imaging system across land, air, sea and space platforms can be tested with the A ² EOSTIM. Visual environments are created with graphics processing. The system includes Modtran visual models and supports many other file types. An expansive library of motion models and an intuitive user interface are provided by our A ² PATS® product line. Between A ² EOSTIM and A ² PATS, Textron Systems has everything you need for multi-spectral simulation, from visible to SWIR to RF.

                Stimulus Cabinet

                The Stimulus Cabinet contains the modular enclosures which house the commercial RF Sources. A Stimulus Cabinet requires a Maintenance Cabinet to function as an integrated dynamic environment simulator. Multiple Stimulus Cabinets can be added to a single Maintenance Cabinet for modular capability expansion.

                Desktop Signal Generator

                HUNT VALLEY, MD, NOVEMBER 28, 2023 – Textron Systems Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, announced today that it has been awarded a Purchase Order by Lockheed Martin to support Norway Italy Reprogramming Lab (NIRL) Block IV upgrades to support testing of the F-35 Lightning II aircraft capabilities with the A2PATS® systems. The A2PATS, Advanced Architecture Phase Amplitude and Time Simulator, system was delivered to Eglin Air Force Base in 2019. Valued at approximately $50M, this award supports upgrades to existing NIRL lab equipment including an enhanced frequency range capability and additional interfaces to support simulation and test of Block IV capabilities on the aircraft.
