I have added mysql connector 8.2.0 to ${seatunnel_web_home}/libs/ likelibs/mysql-connector-j-8.2.0.jar
and alter the driver-class-name in ${seatunnel_web_home}/conf/application.yml

datasource: driver-class-name: com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
then restart the web server.
