In the preferences, Quick build, you can set to refresh the pdf viewer after building. There might be something else that you can use though.
I do not see option "refresh the pdf viewer after building".
Option "QuickBuild=Something+View PDF" not only refresh PDF, but also
changed
page position in PDF (probably because "ViewPDF=sync PDF with some tex position"), what I want to avoid.
I want from internal viewer just refresh PDF file on change, or on some hotkey, without changing active page.
