The thread was locked, so had to start a new one.
I'm getting a 403 error when trying to create a new notebook in Jupyter Lab on windows 10.
Also I get errors at startup for notebooks I have open. I'm asked to select a kernel for each open file, which then fails.
I've been using JupyterLab with no issues for a couple of months.
Jupyter Notebook still works fine.
I recently installed a program called Exploratory, which utilises python and r.
Not sure if this has caused the problem? I uninstalled it prior to the debugging attempts below.
I'm very new to Jupyter and am not familiar with much of the technical information in the prior post on this subject.
Any resolution (layman's terms please) would be very helpful.
Reproduce
After Jupyter Lab launches in web browser, I am asked to select kernel type for notebooks I have open.
After selecting Python3 I get an Error Starting Kernel message.
Once cleared, if I attempt to run a piece of code in an open notebook there is a _xrsf argument missing from POST error
If I try to launch a new notebook I get "Invalid response: 403 Forbidden"
There was also a No Kernel status showing in the bottom left status bar. After reinstall it says Kernel initializing but not improvement in errors or functionality.
Describe how you diagnosed the issue.
I followed the diagnosis guide and the error continued in clean environment, also in incognito browser.
Prior to this I cleared all browser history also.
After trying these I uninstalled then reinstalled Anaconda (2020.07 version) in a new program folder.
Expected behavior
Errors persist after clean environment, browser and after anaconda reinstall.
Jupyter Notebook continues to runs ok but Lab will not function correctly.

Somedays ago I solved it restarting the kernel, but sometimes it happens again and just desappear! I really don't understand it...
