Whenever I try to login using my account, the launcher will go through preparing assets then it will give me an orange spinning ring that says waiting for server.
My Husband also has MTGA so I had him see if his game works, it does. his works fine on his computer. Except if i try to login on his computer it prepares assets then gets stuck at waiting for server again.
I spent 3 days going back and forth with tech support, changing settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, using different internet connections. They checked to make sure I don't have any bans or whatever, and then they sent me here.
It started on April 16th, the day of an update.
2.) Go into configuration.
3.) Click the account.
4.) Click the button "Unlock all play modes".
5.) Queue for a regular match and click "cancel" on the loading page fast when it starts searching."
6.) Then you can go do the final color battle and it doesn't time out or leave you stuck at "Waiting for the server."
I do not have configuration on android, and gameplay option does not have the option to unlock all play modes. I can play like 2 games before I get stuck in an infinite loop of waiting on server screen, so is there a way to fix this other than uninstall/reinstall every time this happens.
Black Screen: "Waiting for the Server..." Infinite Loop. Happened immediately after a Premier Draft(Which I couldn't even play in after cards we're chosen because of this error) No Cogwheel displayed, just all black overlay. Other users(friends) can see me as "online" but I cannot access anything beyond this black screen. I have a mastery pass and I still can't even log into the game since the newest patch update. My thoughts are that a developer committed some bad code, or my account database needs to be fixed. It is not a network or PC related issue. This is specific to my account, because other accounts(my girlfriend) work on the same network and same PC. I've been through Techinical Support and tried every option. They gave up after 3 emails and said they will not help further and advised me to go to the bug forum. Absolutely ridiculous. Support needs to have access to database in order to actually help people, not this generic run around in circles.
STEPS TO FIX: (This has worked for a LOT of people, it's from a post yesterday from someone. I organized it for the rest of you. Tried everything online for my friend and it wasn't until a user posted what he did, that a lot of other people were able to fix their bug!)

I`m trying to play the last challenge in the color challenge and I get waiting for server ,even if I tried multiple things like watching the video "HOW TO FIX MTG ARENA WAITING FOR THE SERVER ERROR/BUG" from hello good game and multiple solutions from here. after all that I still get the waiting for server thing....
@bonjwa#14294 Thank you! Your instructions fixed my issue: "Go select play and start looking for a single match vs opponent (so option play under find a match). This surprisingly does not get stuck on waiting for server - you can cancel the search and go back to your last color match and this will work now. "
In my case I can't even launch the game itself. After the starting phase where it loads the card database etc... the screen shows the usual "waiting for the server" writing with the red spinning circle and it doesn't do anything else and I can't access to the main menu. This problem begun after the last update. WOTC please fix it,thanks.
