Very Old bus. Some seats were broken. The driver had a lot of stops and he didn’t Tell us why. No information at all.

The bus was quite old and stuffy for such a long journey. The other part is not really the buses fault but the road is nauseatingly windy from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido

It smelled after pee in the seats close to the toilet for 12 hours. And the seat in the corner is not bendable.

I was seated in front and it was a night bus. Unfortunetely, the drivers had the music very loud during the whole trip, so I couldnt sleep at all. On top of that, the air conditioner was so high that I got sick after that trip.

It was fine, but it said there were going to have bathrooms on the bus and there were not. We had to stop to let people use the restroom.

The driver was over an hour late. When we started driving he was on his phone for a lot of the drive whilst driving slowly with the hazard warning lights on.

The seats were comfy, the aircon worked well, the staff were helpful.
The bus was dirty. The toilets were wet, smelt like sick and urine. A very very loud movie (West Side Story) was put on the televisions at 8am when everyone was sleeping and woke us all up. Announcements about a toilet stop or bus stop should also be made in English as not everyone speaks Spanish.

Left on time and arrived slightly early so timing great. We were sat behind the driver and there was initially a lot of chatting, music on and off and playing with the speaker.

Very efficient travel. Roads are very bad however bus driver did a great job. Very easy to travel with. Seats were very comfortable.

The busses were comfortable, however our second bus that we had a transfer to was almost an hour late. With zero communication at a bus station that was essentially a homeless shelter in the middle of nowhere, this was unacceptable

Lost my tickets, because OCC refuse to change the date on my tickets because I was unable to meet up in person to change them, even though I told them that I was in Denmark. Would have expected that they did an exception due to the situation. 😞

Bus was on time and driver made good progress. I don't think the media screens should be used as it's hard to relax with the noise from the speaker above your head.
We got where we wanted to go. The first bus driver kept talking on his phone; that felt unsafe. The second one got mad at us for getting off at the wrong place; we figured it out and got back on. The stops were not announced and sometimes not marked with a sign.

Awful. The bus it’s self was completely fine and comfortable, however there was a terrible smell on it and we had to endure the smell for 18 hours which resulted in me and my friend both being sick at the sevices.

I only wish there were a more direct bus route so I didn't spend an extra 5 hours or the bus. But it was comfy and I had no complaints about the service

I was pulled off the bus in the middle of the night by immigration/police and they demanded I pay them a bribe. I am a USA citizen and had my passport with me.
Good, just that I couldn't sleep well because of the stops, but it can't be help I guess

The service was good. But, the air conditioning needs to be less cold. People should not have to carry sweaters and blanket.

It was the worst experience of my life.
Rude drivers.
Bus broke down after 4 hours then was dangerously driven with a broken gear box.
Air conditioning broke leaving us in a 40 degree sweat box with no water or air (I thought someone was going to pass out)
