Summary:

Receive Error: JPEG error #53 when selecting an e-commerce item in Inventory/Items

Cause:

The error is thrown when the image extension for the item or category does not match the Default image selection in Ecommerce Control/Items tab

Solution:

In Setup / Ecommerce / Control / Items tab verify the image extension used for Item: Default Image and Category: Default Image matches the image file type in: \Radiant Systems\CounterPoint\CPSQL.1\Toplevel\[Company]\Configuration\ItemImages.
