The copper alloy comprises Cu, Cr, Zr and M. Wherein the mass percent of Cr is 0.1-5.0%; the mass percent of Zr is 0.1-5.0%; m consists of RE and at least 2 of Mg, Ag, B, Ga, Si, Li, Ti, Fe and Mn, and the mass percentage of M is 0.05-0.5%; RE is at least 3 selected from Ce, La, Yb, Pr, Nd and Sm. The Cu-Cr-Zr-M copper alloy powder is prepared by gas atomization, the powder is a supersaturated solid solution with uniform components and fine microstructure, the preparation process is simple, and the obtained powder has fine particles, uniform particle size distribution and good sphericity.
