Cloud Foundry CLI Plugins for SAP BTP

The Cloud Foundry Plugins for SAP BTP are used to extend the Cloud Foundry CLI with additional commands.

Use the same download file for Windows (x64) and Mac OS X (x64) operating system.
For more information, see the documentation . The Cloud Connector is an optional on-premise component that is needed to integrate on-demand applications with customer backend services and is the counterpart of SAP Connectivity service.

Please check SAP note 3302250 for details about the support strategy of Cloud Connector.
Exceptionally, the installers for the previous feature release 2.16 remain available for download, as 2.17 allows an upgrade starting from 2.13 only. The same is the case for applying backups. Thus you can still upgrade your no longer supported installation of Cloud Connector for very outdated releases. It is strongly recommended to plan upgrades of such versions as soon as possible, as the 2.16 installers will be withdrawn at the latest once the next feature release of Cloud Connector will be published.
Note: The Portable archives for Cloud Connector are meant for non-productive scenarios only. They can be used even if you don't have administrator permissions on the machine, on which you like to use the Cloud Connector. However, those variants do not support upgrades from previous versions.

SAP JVM Tools for Neo and CF environment

Starting with Eclipse version 2024-06, Eclipse requires Java 21.

ADT is validated and tested against Java versions 17 and 21 (Oracle Java and OpenJDK).

The latest Eclipse packages are bundled with Eclipse Temurin , an OpenJDK binary distribution provided by the Eclipse Adoptium project. Any other JRE found on the system is not used. If you want to remove the bundled JRE and use a custom one, see SAP note 3035242 .

(**) Information about the embedded use of SAP GUI for Java in ADT:

SAP recommends to use the latest version of SAP GUI for Java 7.80 to be compatible with the newer versions of Eclipse Temurin bundled with the standard Eclipse packages as well as the x86_64 and AArch64 architectures of the macOS operating system.

Regarding AArch64/x86_64 compatibility, see SAP note 3251738 .

If you want to remove the bundled JRE from Eclipse and use a custom one, see SAP note 3035242 .

ABAP cleaner Plug-in for ABAP Development Tools

ABAP cleaner applies 60+ cleanup rules to your ABAP code at a single keystroke. Rules can be configured as needed, and offer formatting, alignment, replacement of obsolete commands, etc. The tool can be installed into ADT by adding the URL https://sap.github.io/abap-cleaner/updatesite under Help > Install New Software... and choosing the entry 'ABAP Cleaner for ABAP Development Tools(ADT)'. Software Development Kit (SDK)

The software development kit for the ABAP Development Tools (SDK for ADT) offers a public API to implement or integrate your own tools with SAP’s ABAP IDE on the open Eclipse platform.

Enhanced SAP Change and Transport System (CTS+)

With the enhanced Change and Transport System (CTS+) you can transport non-ABAP objects via the on premise ABAP Server and it’s Change and Transport System (CTS). The standard offering requires the usage of a web-based user interface and a manual interaction to attach content to a CTS+ transport request. With this ctsattach tool you are able to automate this attachment step or trigger it via command line tool.
It is a Java based standalone command line tool with which the attachment of files (e.g. *.tgz, *.mtar) from a file system to the non-ABAP CTS+ transport request can be triggered (without the need of the so called Transport Organizer Web UI). One use case for the usage of this tool is the demand to integrate the step “export and attach to CTS+” into a Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline via a CI Server like Jenkins.

Further information can be found in the built in help of the tool by using the command 'ctsattach help'.
In order to run the tool a Java 7 or higher JRE installation is required and the JAVA_HOME environment variable must be set. After downloading the tool it must be extracted (zip archive format) to a given directory, from there it can be executed by calling the 'ctsattach' batch file.

SAP HANA Client 2.0

The SAP HANA Client provides a set of drivers that developers can use to connect client applications to SAP HANA. SAP HANA Client 2.0 drivers connect to SAP HANA 1.0 and SAP HANA 2.0 databases as described in SAP Note 1906576 .

Add the snippet above to the eclipse.ini file after the -vmargs parameter. See the Eclipse documentation for more details. In Eclipse, choose in the menu bar Help > Install New Software... For Eclipse 2024-03 (4.31), add the URL https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/2024-03 Press Enter to display the available features. Select the desired features and choose Next . Analytics adapter for SAP HANA extended application services, advanced model

The goal of the SAP HANA Analytics Adapter (HAA) is to provide connectivity for various analytics tools to data using the InA protocol for communication with SAP HANA 2, such as SAP Analytics Cloud.

The xsahaa-release file contains the HAA as a Web Application Resource (WAR) file. This package is to be used when the HAA is combined with other XSa or Cloud Foundry applications. You need to setup your own Application Router and User Authentication and Authorization (UAA) service.

The xsahaa-onprem file contains a Multi-Application Archive (MTAR) file. This package deploys a ready to use HAA including the HAA configured in named user mode, an application router, a UAA service and a HANA Deployment Infrastructure (HDI) service. This package is the package of choice to deploy the HAA using XSa on premise.

CDS Language Support for Visual Studio Code

The Visual Studio Code extension features language support for the Core Data Services (CDS) language as used in the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model.

SAP Identity Management Developer Studio Plugin

SAP Identity Management Developer Studio is an Eclipse plug-in that provides the environment for developing the configuration for the identity management solution.

Prerequisites

Component Prerequisite Operating System SAP IDM Tools have been tested on Windows 7 (64 bit) with Java Standard Edition 8 (Java SE 8). SAP IDM Tools run in many operating environments with Java SE 8 that are supported by Eclipse. However, we do not systematically test all platforms. In the Add Repository dialog box, enter a descriptive name (e.g. SAP Identity Management Developer Studio) in the Name field. In the Location field enter the URL:
• https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/oxygen for Eclipse Oxygen (4.7) Choose OK to add the repository. Select the defined repository from the list in the Work with field. The plugin for the SAP Identity Management Developer Studio appears in the list below the Work with field. Select SAP Identity Management Developer Studio (select the check box in front of the software name), and then choose Next. The installer will calculate the dependencies and installation details for the software, and display these (if any). Review the licenses and choose I accept the terms of the license agreement. Choose Finish. You will need to restart Eclipse for the changes to take effect. Choose Yes to restart immediately, or No to restart later. In the main menu, select Window -> Open Perspective -> Other... and select the perspective SAP Identity Management. Choose OK to open the perspective. Then choose Yes to reset the perspective to default.

SAP Identity Management Provisioning Monitor Tool

The provisioning monitor helps the administrator to easily troubleshoot problems related to a specific entry in the provisioning queue.

Depending on your SAP Identity Management version, you can use the provisioning monitor as follows: For 7.2 SP05 and higher SPs, and for 8.0 SP00 and SP01: Download ( sha1 ) SAP Identity Management provisioning monitor as a standalone tool. As of 8.0 SP02 and higher, the provisioning monitor is integrated with SAP Identity Management Administration User Interface. Optionally, you can still download the provisioning monitor as a standalone tool.

SAP BTP SDK for Android

The SAP BTP SDK for Android provides native libraries and development tools for creating native Android mobile applications that use SAP Mobile Service. The SDK is based on the Java programming language and is built on top of Google's Android SDK. Kotlin is fully supported and can be used to build applications using the SDK. This SDK focuses on application development with a "device to back-end" view instead of only client-side libraries. The tools in the SDK are specifically designed to help you quickly develop the framework for enterprise apps so that you can focus on implementing your business logic. The SDK ships with an Android Studio plugin called the SAP BTP SDK Wizard for Android. INDEMNITY: You will fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend SAP against law suits based on any claim: (a) that any Customer Application created by You infringes or misappropriates any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of a third party, or (b) related to Your alleged violation of the terms of this Developer Agreement. 9. EXPORT: The Tools and API are subject to German, EU and US export control regulations. You confirm that: a) You will not use the Tools or API for, and will not allow the Tools or API to be used for, any purposes prohibited by German, EU and US law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction; b) You are not located in Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, nor any other country to which the United States has prohibited export or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country (any, an "US Embargoed Country"); c) You are not a citizen, national or resident of, and are not under the control of, a US Embargoed Country; d) You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the API or Tools, directly or indirectly, to a US Embargoed Country nor to citizens, nationals or residents of a US Embargoed Country; e) You are not listed on the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor listed on the United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders or any other U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties and f) You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the API or Tools , directly or indirectly, to persons on the above-mentioned lists. 10. SUPPORT: Other than what is made available on the SAP Community Website (SCN) by SAP at its sole discretion and by SCN members, SAP does not offer support for the API or Tools which are the subject of this Developer Agreement. 11. TERM AND TERMINATION: You may terminate this Developer Agreement by destroying all copies of the API and Tools on Your Computer(s). SAP may terminate Your license to use the API and Tools immediately if You fail to comply with any of the terms of this Developer Agreement, or, for SAP's convenience by providing you with ten (10) day's written notice of termination (including by public notice). In case of termination or expiration of this Developer Agreement, You must destroy all copies of the API and Tools immediately. In the event Your Company or any of the intellectual property you create using the API, Tools or Software are acquired (by merger, purchase of stock, assets or intellectual property or exclusive license), or You become employed, by a direct competitor of SAP, then this Development Agreement and all licenses granted in this Developer Agreement shall immediately terminate upon the date of such acquisition. 12. LAW/VENUE: a) If You are located outside the US or Canada: This Developer Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Germany. You and SAP agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of Karlsruhe in Germany in any dispute arising out of or relating to this Developer Agreement. b) If You are located in the US or Canada: This Developer Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania law without reference to its conflicts of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and United States of America law, rules, and regulations, United States of America law, rules, and regulations shall prevail and govern. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Developer Agreement. The Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act as enacted shall not apply. 13. MISCELLANEOUS: This Developer Agreement is the complete agreement for the API and Tools licensed (including reference to information/documentation contained in a URL). This Developer Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations with regards to the subject matter of this Developer Agreement. If any term of this Developer Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the surviving provisions shall remain effective. SAP's failure to enforce any right or provisions stipulated in this Developer Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such provision, or any other provision of this Developer Agreement.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SAP ADVANCED SQL MIGRATION, COMMUNITY EDITION
By clicking "I Accept" or by attempting to access or use SAP Software, You agree that this Agreement forms a legally binding agreement between You ("You" or "Your") and SAP SE, for and on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates (as defined in Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act) ("SAP").  You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. If You are trying to access or download the SAP Software on behalf of Your employer or as a consultant or agent of a third party (either "Your Company"), You represent and warrant that You have the authority to act on behalf of and bind Your Company to the terms of this Agreement and everywhere in this Agreement that refers to "You" or "Your" shall also include Your Company. If You do not agree to these terms, do not click "I Accept", and do not access or use the SAP Software.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "SAP Software" means free, publicly available versions of SAP Advanced SQL Migration.
1.2 "Documentation" means SAP's documentation which is delivered or made available to You with the SAP Software under this Agreement.
1.3 "Custom Application" means an SQL software application that has been prepared by or on behalf of an entity specifically for that entity's own internal use, and that is owned by or licensed to the entity.  Custom Application excludes any software application that is made generally commercially available by a software vendor.
1.4 "Source DBMS" means the database management system platform for which the Custom Application was originally developed and on which the Custom Application is running before completion of a Custom Application Migration to an SAP Database.
1.5 "Custom Application Migration" means the migration of a Custom Application that was developed for the Source DBMS to a SAP Database platform, including translation of applicable SQL code and SQL constructs, testing of the migrated Application and any other activities required to ensure the migrated Custom Application works correctly on the SAP Database platform.
1.6 "SAP Database" means a database management system made commercially available by SAP or its affiliates.
1.7 "Intellectual Property Rights" means patents of any type, design rights, utility models or other similar invention rights, copyrights, trade secret or confidentiality rights, trademarks, trade names and service marks and any other intangible property rights, including applications and registrations for any of the foregoing, in any country, arising under statutory or common law or by contract and whether or not perfected, now existing or hereafter filed, issued, or acquired.
1.8 "Use" means to activate the processing capabilities of the SAP Software, load, execute, access, employ the SAP Software, or display information resulting from such capabilities.
2. LICENSE GRANT
2.1 License. Subject to Your compliance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SAP grants to You a non-exclusive, terminable (in accordance with Section 5 herein) license to Use the SAP Software and Documentation to assist Your Company in performing Custom Application Migrations of one or more Custom Applications from a Source DBMS to a SAP Database platform.
2.2 Restrictions. This license does not permit You to, and You agree not to: (i) use, transfer, rent or assign the SAP Software or Documentation to provide services to third parties (e.g., business process outsourcing, service bureau applications or third party training); (ii) lease, loan, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the SAP Software or Documentation; (iii) modify, alter, circumvent, distribute or publish any registration data contained in or utilized by the SAP Software; (iv) distribute or publish any results of benchmark tests run on the SAP Software or involving the SAP Software; (v) copy or otherwise reproduce the SAP Software or Documentation except for internal use, storage or backups; or (vi) make any Use of or perform any acts with respect to the SAP Software or Documentation other than as expressly permitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.3 Connectivity Gateway.  You acknowledge that the SAP Software includes and uses a connectivity gateway as described in the appropriate section of the Documentation ("Connectivity Gateway") for use in connecting to the Source DBMS.  You shall not and agree not to bypass, circumvent or otherwise disable the Connectivity Gateway or use any other driver or other program instead of the Connectivity Gateway to connect to the Source DBMS.  This restriction does not apply to functionality of the SAP Software that is designed to operate without a connection to the Source DBMS, such as the ability to read and process a file that was extracted from a Source DBMS, without any connection from the SAP Software to the Source DBMS ("extract_offline").
3. OTHER REQUIRED LICENSES
3.1 Custom Application and Source DBMS Ownership or Licenses.  The SAP Software must access and parse the Custom Application in order to perform its functionality.  You acknowledge that You are responsible for ensuring that You have sufficient rights in the Custom Application before running the SAP Software on the Custom Application.  Further, unless the SAP Software is being used in the extract_offline mode that does not require a connection to the Source DBMS, You are responsible for ensuring that Your license to the Source DBMS grants You applicable rights to allow for the SAP Software to access the Source DBMS.  SAP is not liable for any unauthorized use of Custom Applications or Source DBMS, or actions undertaken by You that are not in compliance with Your DBMS or application licenses.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 Reservation of Rights. The SAP Software and Documentation, and all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in the foregoing, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of SAP or its or their licensors, subject to any rights expressly granted in Section 2 herein.
4.2 Protection of Rights. You agree that You will not translate, de-obfuscate, disassemble, or decompile the SAP Software in any manner. Reverse engineering of the SAP Software is prohibited (unless required by law for interoperability).
5. TERMINATION
SAP may terminate this Agreement and Your license to use the SAP Software immediately if You use the SAP Software for any reason not expressly authorized hereunder, fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, or, if Your use of the SAP Software is inconsistent with SAP's legitimate business purposes.  SAP may also terminate this Agreement and Your license to use the SAP Software at SAP's convenience and for any reason or no reason at all by providing You with at least thirty (30) day's prior written notice of termination (which shall include the right to provide notice by email or via similar electronic communications). You may terminate this Agreement by destroying all copies of the SAP Software. You also must destroy all copies of the SAP Software immediately in the event this Agreement is terminated or expires for any reason whatsoever.
6. WARRANTY
a) If You are located outside the US or Canada: AS SAP SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE, SAP DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT ANY FEATURES OR QUALITIES OF THE SOFTWARE OR GIVE ANY UNDERTAKING WITH REGARD TO ANY OTHER QUALITY. NO SUCH WARRANTY OR UNDERTAKING SHALL BE IMPLIED BY YOU FROM ANY DESCRIPTION IN THE SOFTWARE OR ANY AVAILABLE DOCUMENTATION OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION OR ADVERTISEMENT. IN PARTICULAR, SAP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE AVAILABLE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR PERMANENTLY.  ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION BELOW.
b) If You are located in the US or Canada: THE SAP SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, ESCROW, TRAINING, MAINTENANCE, OR SERVICE OBLIGATIONS WHATSOEVER. SAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, WHETHER ARISING BY STATUTE OR IN LAW OR AS A RESULT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. NEITHER SAP, NOR ITS SUBSIDIARIES NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS LOSSES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE DISTRIBUTABLE FILES, EVEN IF SAP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to You.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Exclusion of Damages; Limitation of Liability. EXCEPT FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM EITHER PARTY'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM, SHALL SAP BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR AN AMOUNT OF DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF $1,000 (US) FOR THE SAP SOFTWARE DIRECTLY CAUSING THE DAMAGES OR BE LIABLE IN ANY AMOUNT FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF GOOD WILL OR BUSINESS PROFITS, WORK STOPPAGE, DATA LOSS, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, LEGAL FEES, COURT COSTS, INTEREST OR EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. SUPPORT
8.1 No Support Obligations.  SAP is under no obligation to offer any support or maintenance services for the SAP Software.  SAP may, at its discretion, establish and maintain community-based support resources where questions, discussions, and feedback can be posted and shared. SAP does not offer any incident support, guaranteed product updates or patches, service level agreements, or other services typically found in formal SAP support plans.
8.2 Feedback.  During the course of this Agreement SAP may solicit Your input, or You may provide Your input unsolicited, regarding SAP Software, related services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of SAP Software (collectively "Feedback"). In order for SAP to utilize such Feedback, You grant to SAP a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense to SAP's licensees and customers, under all relevant intellectual property rights, to use, publish, and disclose such Feedback and to display, perform, copy, make, have made, use, sell, and otherwise dispose of SAP's products or services embodying Feedback in any manner and via any media SAP chooses, without reference to the source. SAP shall be entitled to use Feedback for any purpose without restriction or remuneration of any kind. Except for the license granted above to use Feedback, SAP acquires no title or interest in any of Your pre-existing or independently developed data, information, or intellectual property under this Agreement.
8.3 You acknowledge and understand that the SAP Software and Documentation is intended as an aid to Custom Application Migrations and not a complete solution thereto, and that it is likely that complete and functionally equivalent SQL code will not be achieved through Use of the SAP Software alone.  You understand and agree that You are solely responsible for checking to ensure accuracy and completeness of such Custom Application Migrations.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party shall comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations. SAP will only capture and save information about You as required to administer this Agreement. All information captured and stored will be treated in accordance with SAP's privacy statement which may be viewed at https://www.sap.com/about/legal/privacy.html. Except for data SAP has captured and saved in accordance with the terms of this Section, SAP is not responsible for any data produced, used or inserted by You while using the SAP Software under this Agreement.
In the event You are provided or granted access to confidential information of SAP in connection with the performance of this Agreement which information is expressly identified or reasonably identifiable as confidential or proprietary based on the circumstances of its disclosure ("SAP Confidential Information"), You shall use such SAP Confidential Information only to perform under this Agreement. SAP Confidential Information shall include, but are not limited to, any source code to the SAP Software, SAP programming techniques and concepts, processing methods, system designs, inventions, flow charts, product specifications, benchmark results, data structures, file formats and application programming interface specifications that relate to the SAP Software.
The foregoing obligation shall not apply to the extent that You show that the information (i) was public knowledge at the time it was disclosed and had not become public knowledge through an act or omission by You or Your employee or agent in breach of contract, (ii) was in the possession of or known to You before You received it from SAP, (iii) had been lawfully disclosed to You by another person entitled to do so, or (iv) had been independently developed by You without reference to SAP's information.
10. INDEMNITY
You agree to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend SAP against lawsuits based on any claim related to any violation by You of the terms of this Agreement.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
11.1 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement proves to be invalid, this will not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
11.2 No Waiver. The waiver by either party of any of its rights hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
11.3 Advertising and Trademarks.  This Agreement does not entitle You to use SAP's name, trademark. logo or trade designation for purposes of advertising and marketing without prior written consent of SAP. Neither party shall use the name of the other party in publicity, advertising, or similar activity, without the prior written consent of the other.
11.4 Export. This Agreement and Your access and Use of the SAP Software are subject to any governmental regulations, laws, orders or other restrictions on the export of software and related information and documentation that may be imposed by governmental authorities. You confirm that You will comply in all respect with any governmental regulations, laws, orders, or other restrictions on the export of software and any related information and documentation which may be imposed by the governments and regulatory agencies of the United States, European Union, the Federal Republic of Germany and any country to which any software is shipped to You, downloaded by You, from SAP.  You agree to not use the SAP Software for, and will not allow the SAP Software to be used for, any purposes prohibited by German, EU and US law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons of mass destruction; b) You are not located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, nor any other country to which the United States has prohibited export or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country (any, an "US Embargoed Country"); c) You are not a citizen, national or resident of, and are not under the control of, a US Embargoed Country; d) You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the SAP Software, directly or indirectly, to a US Embargoed Country nor to citizens, nationals or residents of a US Embargoed Country; e) You are not listed on the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor listed on the United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders or any other U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and f) You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the SAP Software directly or indirectly, to persons on the above-mentioned lists.
11.5  Law/Venue
a)  If You are located outside the US or Canada: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Germany. You and SAP agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of Karlsruhe in Germany in any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
b)  If You are located in the US or Canada: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania law without reference to its conflicts of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and United States of America law, rules, and regulations, United States of America law, rules, and regulations shall prevail and govern. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. The Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act as enacted shall not apply.
11.6. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The SAP Software is Commercial Computer Software. Use, duplication and disclosure of the SAP Software and documentation by the U.S. Government is subject to restrictions set forth in this license or in a written agreement specifying the Government's right to use the SAP Software. SAP reserves all unpublished rights under U.S. copyright laws.
11.7 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between You and SAP, and supersedes all prior written and oral contracts, proposals and other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter.
11.8 No Assignment. You may not, without SAP's prior written consent, assign, delegate, pledge, or otherwise transfer this Agreement or any of Your rights or obligations under this Agreement, or copies of the SAP Software or Documentation, to any party. SAP may assign this Agreement to any of its affiliates.
