So I've used the very scientific method of "stare at the money roll in with a stopwatch" to gauge how efficient some jobs are. Here's what I found. Keep in mind these numbers are not going to be super accurate, but they should give a general idea of how the jobs compare to each other.

In terms of efficiency (which I got by dividing the money by the time blocks required), the top 10 jobs in order becomes: Space, Casino, Wizard, Love, Movies, Slaying, Sports, Art, Legal, Hunting
Computers is actually pretty decent at #11, being about 1/3rd as efficient as Hunting. The other jobs, understandably, are the worst of the lot. The absolute worst job is Lifeguard, but I remember it maxing relatively quickly, so it may even out before you hit the end-game. The Zoo job is the 3rd worst (2nd is Fast Food), making it's relatively-high block requirement very lame, but unfortunately getting it pretty high is a requirement for Bearverly. Does anyone know the exact requirements for unlocking each girl?
I usually prestige around the time I've upgraded Bearverly to Frenemy/Acquaintance.. but now that I'm at x42.84 prestige boost after ~5 resets, I still haven't unlocked Fumi and Bearverly way past the point when I usually unlock them.

Fumi is unlocked at University (Smart) 15 and apparently I had left it at 14, heh.. I tested it while I was offline, buying the birthday suit for Elle, but it looked like it needed the server connection to update so I didn't see the graphic for it. It didn't appear to be accessible to other characters, but that may also be due to disconnected server.
If you don't reset anytime soon, I'll test it after I get Nutaku unlocked. She should have some nice features. A little bit once you get to know a girl more closely. But as far as i can see it is just a pictures or two from which one is tored in your album as long as you do not prestige.
Sadly, now, pictures in the album are removed when you prestige until you unlock them again.
