2: Pressure sealing; or pressure and RF sealing?

a: If pressure sealing only, use non-conductive gaskets.
These are typically silicone or neoprene materials, o-rings or rectangles designed to fit into flange grooves.

b: If pressure and RF sealing are required, use conductive gaskets.
These look similar to non-conductive washers, but are filled with a conductive material, usually copper or silver. One exception is die cut gaskets, which are similar to flange faces.
