I have 4 ipads and 2 iphones running The Home Remote. My wife’s iPhone was working fine, and now shows the "The internet connection appears to be offline’ message every time she hits a tile.
All other devices work.
Her phone is online, and on the correct SSID.
It connects to the web fine.
I’ve killed the app and re-launched.
I’ve backed up the app, deleted the app, and re-purchased the app and restored the settings.
Other apps work fine (LG’s ThinkQ, and a number of other cloud services).
Homeseer works fine (we use this for all the Zwave control in the house).
It’s only The Home Remote that seems to be unhappy.
any suggestions? Anybody seen this before?

The latest version of iOS the operating system will ask you if you want to give Home Remote access to your Local Network. I almost wonder if she selected “No” when the prompt was shown. The operating system will only prompt you once. If she selected No, she has to go into the settings & turn on the “Local Network” option. I’m guessing that’s the issue.

That actually makes sense. I’ll report back and try and close the loop on this. I appreciate you checking it out.
