中国油气管道建设经历了三代技术的发展历程,实现了油气储运建设从无到有、从小到大,从学习模仿 到自主研发、从整体落后到赶超先进的历史性飞跃。科技创新有力支撑了中缅油气管道、西气东输天然气管道等重点 油气储运工程建设,形成了高难度管道施工技术、非开挖技术、大口径、高压力管道设计施工技术、大型油气管网智 能化技术及管道运维服务技术等,引领了中国油气储运技术进步,为大型油气管网安全运行保驾护航。中国油气储运 行业的发展空间仍然巨大,建设市场竞争激烈,唯有依靠科技创新才能发展更先进的技术、营造更有力的竞争优势。 未来亟需在管道设计、焊接、防腐补口、非开挖、技术服务、油气储库等方面继续开展深入研究,攻克制约油气储运 技术发展的难题,保障油气储运设施的高效建设与安全运行。
Abstract:
China’s oil and gas pipeline construction has experienced a development process of three-generation technology with a historic transformation brought about in construction of gathering and transferring facilities. Technological innovation effectively supports the key engineering construction projects of oil and gas storage and transportation, such as the China- Myanmar oil and gas pipeline project and the West-East Gas Pipeline Project. A series of technologies have been developed for pipeline construction, including the technology for pipeline construction under very difficult conditions, the non-excavated technology, the design and construction of large-diameter and high-pressure pipelines, the intelligent technology of largescale oil and gas pipeline network, and the service technology for operation and maintenance of pipelines. Innovation leads China’s technological development in the oil and gas gathering and transferring area, securing safe operation of the giant oil and gas pipeline networks. China’s oil and gas transportation technology still has a huge space for development and faces intense construction market competition. Therefore, only technological innovation can fuel development of more advanced technology and take a more advantageous position for market competition. It is necessary to continue in-depth studies in such areas as pipeline design, pipe welding, anti-corrosion and mending, non-excavation, technological service, and oil and gas storage depots, overcoming the bottlenecks that restrict oil and gas transportation technological development and securing highefficiency construction and safe operation of oil and gas storage and transportation facilities.
