RegEx, or Regular Expressions, is now available in Excel! This makes it much easier to search, match, and manipulate text.
RegEx quickly finds all email addresses, fixes dates, or corrects typos in big datasets. For example, it extracts phone numbers from text. Or it can reformat dates and fix typos in thousands of rows with just a few clicks.
