Is the issue fixed? if not then enable the root user check it here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and then try to download the software directly via http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html .

Please read and follow the Very Important instructions section before downloading or else it won't start downloading.
