Symptoms

Rapidclone fails with the following error:

ERROR
-------------
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lclntsh
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [sqlplus] Error 1
Failed linking target sqlplus on Wed Apr 18 17:37:53 PDT 2018...

Error found while relinking
return code = .9

Additionally, forms will fail with the following error:

Forms session aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process. formsweb: Forms session exception stack trace:java.io.IOException: FRM-93000: Unexpected internal error.Details : No HTTP headers received from runform

/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lclntsh
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Steps to reproduce the issue:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clone the instance using rapidclone.
2. Try to access the forms and they fail.
