Function

The pir command configures scheduling parameters for flow queues in a flow queue profile in enhanced 8-CoS mode.

The undo pir command deletes the scheduling parameter configurations for flow queues in a flow queue profile in enhanced 8-CoS mode.

By default, no scheduling parameters are configured for flow queues.

Parameters

Parameter Description Value pbs pbs-value

Specifies the PBS(Peak Burst Size) value for the flow queue.

The value is an integer that ranges from 1 to 4294967295, byte as unit.

Usage Scenario

In a flow queue profile in enhanced 8-CoS mode, you can configure scheduling parameters for flow queues of eight priorities. To configure scheduling parameters, such as the peak information rate, committed information rate, peak burst size, committed burst size, peak burst time, and committed burst time, for the flow queue of a specified priority, run the command. In this way, the bandwidth of service flows is limited.

Prerequisites

A flow queue profile in enhanced 8-CoS mode has been configured.
