We stayed at the Mercure Brand's Hatch over Christmas, as we do every year. We were checked in by Iveta, who was very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much of a problem. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, equipped nicely, the super-kingsized bed was very comfortable and the housekeepers were brilliant, coming into the room whilst we were at breakfast which was a lovely touch. We had breakfast every morning, and as always very good quality. One slight issue was that we were refused service in the breakfast room on Christmas morning as we were wearing loungewear. Every other day there were people in pyjamas dressing gowns etc, however different staff were operating on Christmas day. This left a little bit of a sour taste, as it was embarrassing for us, especially considering some of the attire that had been allowed in. We had only gone in our comfortable attire as we had seen people in pyjamas the previous two days. Being judged by the dining room staff, however, did not sully out experience. The following day, we had a wonderful experience thanks to Jackub. We had booked for 10 of us to have breakfast together, as a family. Jackub looked after us very well, was great with the kids, and we were given a private dining room, laid out beautifully with a Christmas tree. An absolutely wonderful experience which has ensured we will return next Christmas, and again before if we can make it. The staff are good ar advising on the parking and the facilities, and the foyer/bar area is a very nice place to be. We can't wait to come back again!

Had the best time here! We were very welcomed by the lovely Amy Robbins, who , throughout our stay, was very helpful, amusing and attentive. We were very looked after! We had a lovely afternoon tea, followed by access to the pool, steam room, and sauna. We then went on to having a very relaxed afternoon having our spa treatments from the lovely ladies, Becky and Laura. We are so grateful that you made our time here so pleasant! ❤️ The rooms were huge! Take advantage of the heaters provided. They worked wonders and the body products there smelt lovely! If you can, do bring your own alcoholic drinks as it is a bit pricey. Parking for one night( checking out at 12.15 is £10.) Make sure you correctly type in your car registration.
