TrendToys cannot guarantee the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. Any damages to the boxes are purely the delivery company. TrendToys is only responsible of the figures packaging and condition. If any figures are broken, please email with order number + photos of the damage for TrendToys to compensate you.
