Need some help please - Was rendering some scenes for my project and suddenly started getting this error message (has been working fine until now):

Contacted VRay support but only open during work week hours, so hoping someone here can help me.
I installed newly released Laubwerk player for SU 2020 yesterday after purchasing some kits. Worked fine.
Today for some reason my vray next wouldn’t launch so I checked the subscribed annual license and reactivated it when I launched SU 2020 - somehow it was released?
I guess next step will try to completely shut down and reboot to see if things clear up.
Anybody else have any issues today with VRay? Barb
No problem, but
FYI
… Chaos Group have their own forums for Vray.
