SUMMARY
JIRA not allowing users to scroll dropdown menus within issue navigator in Chrome with Mac OS X.

Steps to reproduce

Access JIRA issue navigator with Chrome(latest) in Mac OS X

Click on menus that have some items requiring users to scroll in order to see all e.g. status or assignee

Tick one item at the top and try to scroll to see the rest

Current result
The dropdown menu will get reset to the top blocking users from being able to see the rest of the available items.

Doesn't seem to affect Safari or Chrome in other OS.
