I have a new galaxy book 2 pro, and event viewer I keep seeing an error related to Samsung welcome pack. For windows 11.

Any idea how to solve it? I can't find any information on that package.

I am not getting answers on this 🙂 , but the computer keeps rebooting and the error for this package is the only one in the event viewer.

Does anyone know where the package:

I have the same issue, with the same laptop. It keeps freezing randomly for 3-5 seconds every hour, I went to event logs, and there is the same error so I thought this might be the reason. Super annoying 😞
