Hello guys,
can you please give me a hint what could be the cause for not being able to connect to the subaccount in Cloud Connector. The error message is: "
Failed to resolve 'connectivitynotification.cf.eu10.hana.ondemand.com' [A(1)] and search domain query for configured domains failed as well: [home]
"
I was able to set up the subaccount but it does not connect. The record from ljs_trace.log did not help me, but maybe you can see something useful in there:

I don't understand what should be problematic with the DNS. This is my company subaccount. I was able to connect to my trial BTP subaccount without problems.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions, I did not expect to get stuck right here.
😓
Best regards
Denis
Hi,
it seems that your DNS server is not able to resolve
connectivitynotification.cf.eu10.hana.ondemand.com. This host is used once actually connecting the subaccount. Before, connectivitycertsignig.cf.eu10.hana.ondemand.com was used, which obviously worked. Get in touch with your network administrators so that they can ensure all required hosts are resolvable and reachable as defined in
https://help.sap.com/docs/connectivity/sap-btp-connectivity-cf/prerequisites#network
Best regards,
Markus
