We've found some evidence that having a non-standard color profile set might cause issues with PingPlotter (and other .NET WPF applications).You'll know if this is the issue because the setting will be something other than System Default (sRGB IEC61966-2.1). If that's the case, then changing it to System Default (sRGB IEC61966-2.1) should fix the problem.
