Subject: Process Tree Expanding Error in PAW
Hi, all
We are on PAW 2.0.46 and I found this error when expanding process tree. Other trees are fine. Any idea?
Seems like some UTF-8 characters is causing the issue but I couldn't find any.

I have seen a case where invalid characters cause this. I suggest to inspect all Processes with Architect to see if there's any.
One of the most common ones is a longer dash (-). If someone pastes one from other tools (like MS Word), it may have a dash that looks enlongated.

I even tested with the following statement which works fine.

You could try setting up one of the sample instances with the same security and seeing if you can expand their process list. If it worked you could move the processes over to the sample database and see if it stopped working. Then remove processes to try to find the problem process.

Hi, Tom
I have remove the processes with "." and "&" inside names but still same error. Can't find any other suspicious characters. All others are using "_". Thanks.

If you can view all the contents of the processes via the url you indicated,
copy them to a text editor which has a capability of providing a character count (like sublime text) and see what you have in the column 268191 as indicated in the error message above.
Do you see anything interesting?

Thanks, guys. Literally, I can't find any unusual characters in process names.
I recopy the whole data folder again from 10.2.2 to PA. The issue went away and not sure why. Pretty much they are same bunch of processes. Anyway, problem solved.
