近日，沈阳市人民政府驻上海办事处主任张成、副主任钟相全一行，先后到米哈游网络科技股份有限公司（以下简称“米哈游”）、众安在线财产保险股份有限公司（以下简称“众安保险”）走访调研。

Director Zhang Cheng introduced the current development status of the financial industry in Shenyang, highlighting the existence of six types of financial institutions including banks and insurance companies. He placed special emphasis on promoting the Shenyang Financial and Trade Development Zone. He mentioned that the financial industry in the development zone is concentrated, with a well-established financial element market. It is the only development zone in China, aside from Shanghai's Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, that is focused on finance. It is also recognized as the core area of the Northeast regional financial center and a national pilot zone for optimizing the financial ecological environment and reform experiments. Furthermore, it plays a central role as the core area for Shenyang's regional financial center, part of the city's "One Hub and Four Centers" initiative.

The Shenyang Financial and Trade Development Zone, located in the Shenhe District, enjoys a prosperous trade environment with headquarters of various kinds, including those of Fortune 500 companies and central state-owned enterprises, gathered in the area. The zone boasts a variety of high-quality buildings, accounting for 60% of Shenyang's Grade A office building resources. It also benefits from digital empowerment, housing institutions such as the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Institute of Metal Research, Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, and Shenyang Agricultural University, providing robust digital support.
