When it comes to getting your Client ID and Client Secret, you can find this within the Azure Portal under the App Registration's blade.
1) Login to the
Azure Portal
2) Navigate to
Azure Active Directory
3) Select
App Registrations
, locate the Azure AD App that you're trying to find the Client ID and Client Secret Key for
4) Within the Azure AD App, select
Certificates & Secrets
Note:
Once a Secret is created and you navigate away from the Certificates & Secrets page, the Secret value is no longer available to be seen or copied.

I found this trying to do something similar and am a little confused. I need to update old keys on a system I've taken over management of.
In my application, it asks for "Client ID" and "Secret Key". But azure shows "Secret Key" and "Secret ID".
I can see the old "Client ID" in the application, and I can also see the old "Secret ID" for the expired certs, but they don't match. The "client ID" previously used doesn't seem to be the "Secret ID" of any of the current (expired) certificates/keys. Is the "Client ID" something different to a "Secret ID"?
