Mist-soupian is a xenogender that feels like a soup of foggy mist. A mist-soupian individual might be able to "pick up" or lift out other gender(s) from the soup, but they're usually foggy or fall back in shortly. The gender can feel slightly watery/wet, soft, and/or peaceful, but it doesn't have to.
Anyone can identify as Mist-soupian; it's not an exclusive term.
