清洗受影響的寢具、窗簾和衣物，並在高溫環境下烘乾至少30分鐘</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">將受影響的衣服和床上用品放入塑膠袋中，然後放入冰箱中3或4天</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" 400;">床蝨過往被視為發展中國家的常見問題，但最近在美國、加拿大、英國、歐洲部分地區、以至南韓等亞洲國家迅速蔓延。據悉連五星級酒店及度假村都發現床蝨蹤影，可見牠們的生存條件並不是以清潔程度來決定。</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">在本港，有滅蟲公司向本地傳媒透露，自2023年10月起，公司接獲須處理的床蝨個案明顯較去年同期增加，救助者中亦有曾到南韓等地旅遊的本地家庭。</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">此外，近日網絡上亦流傳一張香港機場快綫列車座位上出現疑似床蝨的照片。港鐵回應指檢查後未有發現類似昆蟲，但已將該列車駛回車廠作詳細檢查及高溫深層清潔。公司亦稱因應外國的床蝨爆發問題，已安排每晚加強檢查及清潔列車，以及定期滅蟲。</span></p></div><h2 class="editor__h2 editor__menu_anchor"
